NCRI President-elect Maryam Rajavi predicts no peace in region until Tehran regime is gone

Maryam Rajavi, president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, the world’s largest Iranian dissident organization, which seeks to replace Iran’s theocratic regime with a democracy, provided the following exclusive answers to questions from The Washington Times. Her comments come on the heels of a major NCRI rally in Berlin on June 29, where tens of thousands of people demonstrated against the Iranian regime. NCRI and its associate group, the exiled People’s Mujahedeen of Iran (MEK), also held a major indoor rally in Paris over the same weekend, which included speeches by former Vice President Mike Pence, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and hundreds of other current and former officials. The interview was conducted before the runoff presidential vote Friday in Iran.

IRANIAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY OF NORTH TEXAS WELCOMES NEWS OF EBRAHIM RAISI’S DEATH.

Dallas-Texas, the Iranian American Community of North Texas (IACNT) welcomes the news of Ebrahim Raisi’s death in a helicopter crash this past weekend. Raisi, the former President of Iran, played a significant role in the 1988 Massacre, which resulted in the execution of 30,000 political prisoners, most of whom were affiliated with the main Iranian opposition group, the MEK. 

In 1988, the then-Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini issued a death decree that led to these mass executions. Ebrahim Raisi, a member of the “Death Commission” responsible for implementing this dreadful fatwa, was never held accountable for his crime against humanity.

Iran Sanctioned for Missile Attack, U.S. Backs Resistance

The Biden administration has announced new sanctions on the Islamic Republic aimed specifically at its missile and drone programs.

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan announced the sanctions on Tuesday night as part of a coordinated effort with other allies to isolate Iran from missile and drone technology. According to a White House statement, other new sanctions target Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Defense Ministry.

Iran ‘using Gaza conflict as cover’ for execution of 127 people since war began

Human rights groups record alarming rise in number of prisoners put to death by Tehran regime since 7 October

The Iranian regime has executed more than 127 people, including women and children, since the Hamas attacks of 7 October, according to human rights groups.

According to data collected by Iran Human Rights (IHR) and the Norway-based organisation Hengaw, which have been cross-referenced by the Observer, there has been an alarming rise in executions since the beginning of the war between Israel and Hamas.

A third group, Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRA), confirmed that there has been a significant increase in executions since the 7 October attacks, stating that on Wednesday last week, the regime executed seven people within a 24-hour period.
